For thousands of years cultures around the world have used essential oils for

aromatherapy and medicinal purposes.

Essential oils are typically derived thru a distillation process extracting the oils from plant. This process produces highly concentrated oils.

There are different ways to use essential oils. It can be used topically, as aromatherapy and orally.

You can topically apply essential oils on to your skin by applying a carrier oil like coconut or Jojoba oil to name a few.

Some people use a diffuser for aromatherapy or simply inhaling the aroma after opening the bottle.

When ingesting the essential oil 1-2 drops are used in food or liquid and are mixed well.

Essential oils should always be diluted with a carrier oil.
